- We ship using USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, and Fedex Ground Delivery. All orders will be shipped with a USPS Delivery Confirmation Number, or a Fedex Tracking Number. Orders are generally processed and shipped out the next business day. Very rarely will it take greater than 2 business days for your order to ship.

The following is a detailed explanation of our privacy policy with regard to our related services. Any information submitted by a customer by other means such as the e-mail, or by postal service, is stored in a secure area that requires a key to gain access to. Access to this information is limited to only those employees who need the information in order to do their job effectively. All employees that we do hire have to sign a confidentiality agreement that forbids them from disclosing any information to which the employee has access, to other individuals or entities. Koopa Technologies does not lease, license, sell or share any of this information with anyone or any company. Only employees working on your account will have access to your personal information.

- Your complete satisfaction is our top priority. Returns are accepted if the item was not as described or if it was damaged in shipment. Buyer must contact us at support@koopatech.com or call 701-540-0744 to initiate a return within 5 days of receiving the item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
